A customer phones to ask where their order is. Someone on your team opens the CRM, then the accounts package, then a spreadsheet that gets updated on Tuesdays, and pieces the answer together. It takes five minutes, and it happens dozens of times a week.

Most growing businesses end up here. Each system was a sensible purchase when it was bought, but none of them was chosen to work with the others, and the people in the middle have quietly become the integration. They copy data across, reconcile the differences and answer questions the customer could have answered for themselves.

The fix is usually software of your own. That might be a portal where customers, suppliers or members log in and see what they need, an internal system that replaces the spreadsheets, or the APIs that let the systems you keep share one set of data. Sometimes it’s a product you sell, such as a multi-tenant SaaS platform or a mobile app, and sometimes it’s a first release for a funded start-up that needs paying customers before its next round.

We design and build all of these, from specification to launch. We use AI throughout our own delivery, and it’s a large part of why we can build quickly. A working demo is now cheap to produce. Software that holds up when thousands of people use it, passes a security review and absorbs three years of change requests still takes engineering, so every build we hand over includes proper authentication, audit logs, automated tests, monitoring, a deployment pipeline and documentation. Those are the parts that keep a system running after we’ve gone, and that let the next developer pick it up without starting again.

We build with all tech stacks: Laravel and PHP, Node.js, React and Next.js, with C# and .NET where a client works in the Microsoft ecosystem, with React Native or Flutter for mobile and PostgreSQL or MySQL underneath. We host on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for larger systems, and on Railway or Vercel where a lighter platform gets a product live sooner.

You own the code and the product outright. The customer who used to phone about their order logs in and checks it, and the person who used to look it up gets those five minutes back.
